Nordic Life Science conference: Nordic Life Science collaboration for stronger competitiveness

The Nordic national associations of the pharmaceutical industry invite interested parties to a digital conference on 18 March to discuss how national Life Science Strategies and increased collaboration can lead to a more competitive Nordic region.

Together the Nordic countries can offer world-class research and research infrastructures, healthcare systems of high international standard, competitive Life Science companies and world-leading innovation. To deal with the ever increasing global Life Science competition, the Nordic countries are all implementing national initiatives and strategies to improve the conditions for Life Science and medical research, development and innovation. As more and more countries are increasing their activities and investments in Life Science, both inside and outside Europe, what is required to make the Nordic region an internationally leading Life Science region?

The conference will highlight ongoing Life Science initiatives in the Nordics and discuss if national strategies and increased collaboration between the Nordic countries can be the way forward to improve the competitiveness of the Nordic region as a whole?
